INVITATIONS: My typical turnaround is same or next day for digital orders and proofs. My main work time is 8pm-10pm PST after my kiddos go to bed! 

Printed orders are usually mailed within 24 hours of proof approval which is sent via email from nicole@palmtopinedesign.com and ground shipping is FREE. I highly suggest upgrading shipping speed if you are in a hurry.

BANNERS: Digital banners are sent same day or next and printed banners are 📬 FREE Ground shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days for banner to arrive to you 📬 Priority Shipping: Please allow 2-4 business days for banner to arrive to you. Proofs are only sent upon request via email from nicole@palmtopinedesign.com, otherwise I go straight to printing to expedite your order.

Both printed options are 5x7 invitations printed on thick 110 lb. cardstock with a 70 lb envelope included. The deluxe version also includes printing on the back of the invite & a return address printed on the envelope. Digital invitations and banners are customized by me, and sent to you as a jpeg that you can print locally, at home or use electronically like email, text or paperless post. They are not editable and nothing physical is mailed to you with the digital version.

I am SUPER flexible, I believe that is one of the benefits of 

using a graphic designer. I can change wording, colors, customize 

for twins, siblings or a different party occasion. No need to 

check with me first, just include your requests in the personalization

section at checkout. And I appreciate pickiness, feel free to

be specific with your requests.
